Three Kinds Of Technology For Steel Structure Cutting
There are three kinds of technology for steel structure cutting. They are plasma arc cutting, water jet cutting and flame cutting. Plasma arc cutting makes the incision of the metal workpiece melting partially by using heat of plasma arc which is with high temperature. And this cutting method is exclusion of molten metal with the help of the plasma momentum.
Water jet cutting is a new technology in recent years. This technology use high pressure to rushed out the water column to cut steel plate. This technology is advanced and cutting precision is high. It is fit for cutting the steel plate which needs high precious, thickness with medium or thin.
At present, flame cutting is a cutting technology which is the most widely used. It mainly uses gas mixed with oxygen combustion to produce high temperature to make steel melt and oxidation. So that people can reach the goal of cutting. The gas that we often used include natural gas, acetylene, propane and so on. Acetylene has been explicitly eliminated by the state. Natural gas, propane are new type of gas, they all need to add catalyst.
